| This tool has a complex hot-runner/ manifold
system (pictured on "Injection Molds" page) consisting of ten drop
zones allowing the cavities to be filled individually, sequentially,
or in unison. It utilizes accelerated ejectors and an air-assisted
poke bar allowing ejection of a 13" part with a five-inch ejector
stroke. Tool size is 45" x 45" x 54" (L, W, H) with a weight of
approximately 13 1/2 tons. |
